Quiet hours- No loud music/noise outside after 10pm.

Guests not included on booking reservation are not allowed without prior approval of host. Any guest at the property not approved by host and or above the maximum allowed (6) will be charged $100.00 per person.


Hot Tub Use:
No minors allowed unattended.
Every guest is to PLEASE shower prior to entering hot tub to help maintain cleanliness.

Service provided 2x's per week (Monday/Thursday AM).

No pets.

Food, drinks, not showeringNo Pets. will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100.00 fee to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.

2 Car garage dimensions- 19'W x 20' deep x 9' tall.
:) Washer and dryer located in the garage with soap and dryer sheets for your use.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and yard, 7 person private Hot Tub with lake view, and 2 car garage- plus, deep driveway and side yard parking. Enjoy parking in the garage to keep your vehicle and toys cool in the summertime!
Additional notes
All guests must be included on booking, additional guests not included on booking and/or above the maximum allowed will be charged at $100/person.

Please shower before entering hot tub, and do not take food or drink inside the hot tub. A dirty hot but at check out will incur a charge of $100 to drain, clean and refill the hot tub.

Please leave the garage opener on the table beside the front door when you leave. Lost/misplaced garage openers will be charged $100 for the opener and to program the opener.

NO PETS allowed. Any pets found to be at the home will be charged $250.00 and will incur a cancellation of the reservation.
