House Rules
Quiet hours- No loud music/noise outside after 10pm.
Guests not included on booking reservation are not allowed without prior approval of host. Any guest at the property not approved by host and or above the maximum allowed (8) will be charged $100.00 per person.
Hot Tub Use:
No minors allowed unattended.
Every guest is to PLEASE shower prior to entering hot tub to help maintain cleanliness.
Service provided 2x's per week (Monday/Thursday AM). Food, drinks, not showering will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100.00 fee to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.
Late check outs will be charged at $25.00 per hour.
No eating food on the furniture, and no sleeping on the couch without the use of sheets and a separate pillow.
Garage opener included as a courtesy, please leave at property or a $100 replacement and reprogramming fee will be charged.
