Guest access

Guests have full private access with no shared space within this Villa. Additional full private access to deep 2 car garage to keep toys and vehicles out of the desert heat. Additional parking allowed on driveway.

Additional notes

The Villa is connected to one other private Villa and is sitting on a stunning 1/2 acre lot. There are no shared common walls between the living spaces, and are connected by the garage walls only and each home is separated by 2 separate garages. The master bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the building offering complete privacy.

Each Villa comes with a private, gated back yard and patio, with each Villa also including a private, heated hot tub and sitting area. Nothing is shared between these beautiful Villas.

Boat parking is 30’x60’. Guests could be sharing the Boat Parking space with the adjacent Villas guests- leaving each guest with large 15’x60’ secure gated parking.

RV’s not allowed without previous authorization and payment of fee. RV’s on boat parking site without reservation will incur $100/night penalty.

All guests must be included on booking, additional guests not included on booking and/or above the maximum allowed will be charged at $100/person.

All dogs must be included in reservation and pet fee paid. Dogs not included on reservation will be charged additional $25.00 fee.

*Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 10PM to 7AM.

Interaction is through the owner and owners management team. Extremely responsive day or night. We want to ensure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and trouble free!

Neighborhood overview

Quiet neighborhood far away from traffic, but close enough to be local and only minutes down McCulloch Blvd. to the London Bridge. Location is central to local amenities, easy access to offroading and getting down to the water. Minutes away we have a local pizza joint, stores for quickly restocking your cooler, and even a local bar that serves the coldest beer in town! Please see the guidebook for additional information!

House Rules

*Quiet hours 10pm-7am- no Hot Tub use during this time.

Hot Tub Use:
No unsupervised children under 18 allowed in hot tub alone. All guests to shower before entering hot tub. No food/drinks in the hot tub.
Service provided 2x's per week (Tues/Friday AM). Food, drinks, not showering will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100.00 fee to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.

Late check outs will be charged at $25.00 per hour.

No eating food on couches. No sleeping on couches without sheets and pillows provided.

Boat Parking:
Boat parking is included for boats only, PLEASE use only 1/2 or one side of the boat parking area to leave room for other guest boats.
RV’s at small additional cost. RV’s without prior authorization will incur a $100/night penalty.
*No Parties or events.
