House Rules
Outside Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Any additional guests beyond the maximum (6) will be charged at $100/per guest.
Hot Tub Use:
No unsupervised children under 18 allowed in hot tub alone. All guests to shower before entering hot tub. No food/drinks in the hot tub.
Service provided 2x's per week (Mon/Thurs AM). Service company has access to the sliding doors in back yard- please close the double doors to the 2nd bedroom the night before.Food, drinks, not showering will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100.00 fee to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.
Late check outs beyond 10 am will be charged at $25.00 per hour.
Boat Parking:
Boat parking is included for boats only- PLEASE park in 1/2 of space only to leave room for additional guest boats.
RV’s at additional cost. RV’s without prior authorization will incur a $100/night penalty.
No eating food on the furniture, and no sleeping on the couch without the use of sheets and a separate pillow.
No Parties or events.
Wednesday evening guest please put trash cans to street, Thursday guests please bring trash cans back to patio.
Thursday guests please bring trash cans back from street.
