Outside quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Guests not included on reservation are not allowed at the property without approval from host. Additional guests not included on reservation will be charged at $100.00 per guest.

Hot Tub Use:
No unsupervised children under 18 allowed in hot tub alone. All guests to shower before entering hot tub. No food/drinks in the hot tub.
Service provided 2x's per week (Tues/Friday AM). Food, drinks, not showering will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100 fee for each to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.

Late check outs will be charged at $25.00 per hour.

Boat parking is included for boats only. RV’s at small additional cost. RV’s without prior authorization will incur a $100/night penalty.

Tuesday evening guest please put trash cans to street and bring trash cans back to patio.
Wednesday guests please bring trash cans back from street.

No eating food on the furniture, and no sleeping on the couch without the use of sheets and a separate pillow.

Parking Requirements:
1) in garage, 2) in front of garage door 3) on side of home in gravel area. No access to 2Bd garage.

PLEASE do not block driveway up to home at any time.

No unsupervised minors/children under 18 to be on deck or left alone in Villa B overnight, or on the outside rooftop patio deck at any time.
If you use the rooftop patio deck umbrella, you are required to put back down and tie up again when unattended. Any damage to the umbrella will be charged to the guest.
