House Rules
No guests allowed beyond those included on reservation. Any outside guests must be approved by host. Any guests at property not included on reservation, and/or beyond maximum allowed at property will be charged at $100.00 per person.
Outside quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Plenty of Parking-
*Please do not park in the driveway in front of the single garage- you are welcome to use the gravel area in behind the home for parking.
*Boat parking located at rear of property, must back into gravel parking area PLEASE use a spotter.
*New parking located directly in front of home along the street for boats and vehicles.
*Larger trucks are not allowed to park in driveway in front of garage, but can park in all gravel areas of home, including in newly added parking area in front of home.
*No unsupervised children under 18 allowed in hot tub alone. All guests to shower before entering hot tub. No food/drinks in the hot tub.
*Service provided 2x's per week (Tues/Friday AM). Food, drinks, not showering will cause water to become dirty/cloudy- $100 fee to drain and clean Hot Tub will be charged.
Late check outs will be charged at $25.00 per hour.
PLEASE do not block driveway up to home at any time.
No sleeping on the couch's without the use of sheets and a separate pillow.
No unsupervised minors/children under 18 to be on rooftop deck.
If you use the rooftop patio deck umbrella, please put down when unattended to prevent damage from unexpected wind. Any damage to the umbrella will be charged to the guest.
