Great host and the home was perfect for our family get together for Thanksgiving. Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed our time . Sarah was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Beautiful, spacious home. There was plenty of space for 3 families of 5. Amazing view from the balcony. I just wish we more time to spend in the house. We will definitely visit again!

Sarah was a fabulous host who was very quick to respond to questions. The property was above our expectations and the views were magnificent from both the living room window and rooftop deck. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! There were so many little details that elevated our experience into feeling luxurious, from the plush bathroom rugs, stone-embedded shower, and touch-mirror; to the massive hi-def TV, to the brand new hot tub and everything in between from lights to decor, it was amazing. At first we couldn’t get the hot tub temperature down, and Sarah responded immediately and stopped by with maintenance to check on it and fixed it. What a treat it was to enjoy! Also note that there’s a vortex nearby to check out, along with a fun arcade bar (if you’re still a kid at heart like me), and of course - the beautiful LAKE with a seemingly endless list of activities. Thanks so much, Sarah. We hope to be back!

The hot tub was a huge bonus. We were in it every night and the view from the hot tub was really nice, especially when the sun set. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful when we encountered any issues. She provided a lot in the kitchen which helps you get started and not need to go to the grocery store right away. The house overall is very cozy and we really enjoyed our stay.

From booking to check out. Everything was smooth. What a great place. We was in town to fish for a few days on a 2 week road trip. Loved how dog friendly the yard was. Just everything so homey. Look forward to coming back.

The place was fabulous loved how clean and neat it was the backyard was great if you have a little dog we’re in our 70s so we really didn’t use the hot tub but the place was absolutely wonderful will definitely stay there again when we’re in Havasu I give this place five stars.

We appreciated the EXCELLENT communication provided by the host, Sarah, both before and during our stay. The property was exactly as expected based on the listing details, photos and reviews. Directions to the property were well documented, as were check in details. We had no issues entering or exiting the property and the house manual that was provided explained all the little details that may have otherwise been questions. The property was clean, quiet, has a beautiful view of the lake and it was nice to have garage access, as well as the hot tub after a long day outside, especially in the cooler evenings of a winter stay. My family and I agree, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others as well.

Loved staying , the house was great, the jacuzzi was perfect for the end of our night from being out on the lake all day with the cooler weather. Sarah and her team checked on us and let us know they are there if we need anything. We will definitely be back!

Sarah’s place was clean, modern, fully stocked kitchen, extras in the bathrooms, etc., etc.! She was a gracious host and communicated well. This was a nice quiet area where you feel safe and the perfect distance to the lake (10 minutes). She had a huge garage where we kept our kayaks safe overnight. Hot tub was AMAZING. Back yard was really nice and pleasant. The restaurants on the main drag were fun to visit/bar hop and Uber drivers were available in less than 5 minutes everywhere/anytime we needed them. I can’t wait to go back and will be looking to stay at this house again!

We had an amazing time and everything we needed was provided. This was honestly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were so comfortable and it felt like home. It’s not too far from the lake and the London bridge as well as any grocery stores. We definitely recommend this rental 10/10!

Great location-Convenient with boat

Great 80th birthday celebration weekend for Mom. 10 people / 3 generations there was space and activities for everyone. Home had great amenities-we cooked all meals in the main house. Ample parking for the group, including boat without unhitching. Location is close to boat ramp, and walking distance to hiking trails and restaurants. Highly recommend for large groups

Enjoyable Home

Edward and Sarah's house was well stocked and had a very easy check-in process! Oversized master bathroom and very comfortable couch and living room. Looks like they are in the process of fencing the backyard. We had a wonderful stay and would rent again! Thank you

Very nice and cozy home

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. My kids were so comfortable and happy there they asked to come back. The house is so clean and has everything you need. We had a little trouble getting in but used the ring camera to reach someone and they helped us out immediately. Wonderful stay!

This place was kid friendly, puppy friendly, couple friendly, cute, and super clean…seriously. From the moment you walk in it’s care free; check-in was a cake and informative, but adaptive because the hosts are attentive…even before I booked the place! Our trip got shortened because of last minute delays into Vegas but it was totally worth the drive down and back for only one night. If you are driving from Vegas or CA, make note of the Mountain time and plan accordingly! We were a little rushed at check out time but that was on us and it’s so close to everything, we still had time to explore the London Bridge area before heading back to LV. The spa was clean (well-balanced chemicals) and super legit! Spa seats for 5 different body types X 2! Enjoy everyone!! But keep it clean cause we want to go back!!

Cozy 3 bedroom.

The house was very clean, new kitchen, and it was beautiful. Check in and out were easy. Having access the garage was great. The water temperature was cool in both bathrooms. Will definitely considering this house on our next stay.

Nice quiet and Cozy Place

The place was exactly described in the picture and post. Very nice and was perfect for the 3 of us, very dog friendly. Very comfortable and was in a good area to get too downtown. Would defiantly stay here again. Highly recommended. Owners were very helpful and nice, they also got back to you quickly.

Everything was sparkling clean

We had our pets with us big back fenced in area everything was new and stressless hot tub was perfect at the end of the day and property manager was always available at our whim. Very nice

Amazing and very clean VRBO!

Super easy check-in, we had an awesome stay for Thanksgiving weekend! Sarah even purchased a turkey roaster that was on the counter when we checked in! The hot tub was fantastic, the grill easy to use. Love that it is dog friendly as well! We have stayed at many rentals and this was a first with a stocked pantry of tuna, soups, canned fruit, pasta, popcorn etc.- what gracious and generous hosts!! Thank you for a great stay!

Stay here!

Had a great stay at this property. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable - extra blankets, kitchenware, towels, toiletries, games, and more. The beds are comfortable and our daughter loved the bunk bed! The hot tub is very nice after a long day at the lake! The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!
